We spend a lot of time thinking about becoming better teachers for our learners –as we should.
And we tend to think less about who our IELTS lessons are NOT for.
Yet there are students who we should not strive to work with, for a variety of reasons, including because
• they’re on a higher or lower level than we would want to take on
• are preparing for a different module (general or academic)
• have too little time
• or even that they aren’t reliable with payment.
Who are you best placed to serve? And who would you rather not work with? Why?
