I try to ‘mind my biases’ when it comes to #Enneagram Types as well because I do believe that when healthy, we all have truckloads to contribute to the world…
BUT
It’s often very hard for me not to be extra enamored by Type 5s, for the following reasons:
–their tendency for first principles thinking
–their intellectual bravery (and stamina!) when it comes to understanding even hugely complex systems…
–…and even questioning fundamental truths about these
–their systematic creativity (–Type 4s are very creative too, but often in a less structured fashion) thanks to…
–their willingness to generously invest all the resources (time, money, energy) needed to make new knowledge by building sh*t up ‘from the ground up’ (‘bottom up’)
There are many more gifts I could list here, but I thought FIVE will do from me.
