After you’ve discovered your #Enneagram Type, next steps for you isn’t to be too harsh with yourself when you start noticing the typical issues of your Type (i.e. ‘catching yourself in the act’ from time to time, when triggered).

Instead, try compassionately saying ‘thank you for having kept me alive until now’. 

And ‘I’ll take it from here’.

(Then adhere to your daily presence practices such as meditation, yoga, sports, etc. so that you actually can ‘take it over’ from your #personality).
