Both strategies are amazing and can be super valuable, it’s just important to know your category so that you can
–attract the right customers
–choose the right business model
–and be able to stay consistent (‘aligned’) with your NOs and YESes…
Hint:
The Social Instinct (‘SO’) tends to be good at
–serving the many
–forging group cohesion
–creating/maintaining community
The Sexual Instinct (‘SX’) might be better suited to
–serve the select few
–often one-to-one
–offering more ’boutique’, VIP, tailor-made products and services
