What’s ONE thing (…or three or fifteen… :D) that you didn’t know about IELTS when you were a total newbie to teaching it?
I remember being taken aback by the variety of question types in its reading test when I took on my first IELTS student about 20 years ago.
AND the fact that unlike in other (e.g. Cambridge) exams, there’s no dialogue (between candidates, that is) in its speaking exam…
… or that you only get to listen to each recording once … :O
